Our telehealth consultations work exactly like our in-person clinic visits, just from the comfort of your own home.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a secure video link via email.

During the call, your Accredited Practising Dietitian will discuss your health history, current eating habits, and goals.

We then walk you through your personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy strategy, and all resources are emailed directly to you afterward, establishing a clear plan of attack for achieving your goals

Yes! If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, formerly known as an EPC plan—from your GP, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate (currently $60.35 per session) for telehealth dietitian consultations anywhere in Australia.

We provide you with the exact receipt you need to easily claim this back through Medicare.

Absolutely. Because dietetics relies on conversation, education, and lifestyle strategy rather than physical touch, telehealth is incredibly effective.

We can still analyze your blood tests, build custom nutrition strategies, and provide high-level coaching.

Many of our clients actually prefer online consultations because they are more relaxed in their own environment and save time on commuting.

Yes, the majority of Australian private health funds cover telehealth dietetics under their “Extras” cover, just as they would for a face-to-face appointment.

After your online consultation, we will email you a detailed invoice containing our provider numbers so you can quickly submit a self-claim through your health fund’s app.

No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to book a telehealth consultation with our Accredited Practising Dietitians.

You can book directly online and get started immediately. However, if you are managing a chronic health condition (like diabetes, IBS, or heart disease) and wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral from your GP first.
